Ayurveda is a consciousness-based system of care. It works not only at the level of the body, but by enlivening and restoring smriti — the inner memory of wholeness and natural order within us.
The classes and workshops offered at Somaveda are designed to cultivate this awareness in practical ways. Through study, discussion and embodied experience, participants learn how to recognise imbalance early, strengthen daily rhythms, and support health from its deepest foundation.
Ayurveda Essentials 8-week Course
