Prior to your first appointment, you will complete an intake form outlining your health concerns. Treatments are then adapted according to your constitution and current state of health.

Our Services

  • A systematic full-body warm oil therapy that nourishes tissues, regulates the nervous system and supports circulation.

    Appropriate for:
    • Stress and nervous system overload

    • Dryness and Vata imbalance
    • Preventative care

  • Full-body oil massage (abhyanga) followed by a continuous stream of warm oil applied to the forehead (shirodhara).

    Supports:

    • Burnout recovery

  • Full-body oil massage (abhyanga) combined with a localised oil reservoir therapy (basti) selected according to your current state of health.

    • Systemic Vata disturbance

  • Herbal bolus therapy (pinda sveda) used to warm and mobilise deeper tissues, paired with a targeted Basti, a localised oil reservoir therapy selected according to your needs.

    • More entrenched imbalance

  • A gentle, non-invasive touch-based therapy that supports nervous system regulation and helps the body express its natural state of ease. Practitioners use light, respectful contact to encourage relief from tension and promote deeper calm, resilience and balance.

    This modality may be supportive for:
    • Stress, exhaustion or nervous tension
    • Migraines and chronic headaches
    • Sleep disturbances and insomnia
    • Digestive discomfort and emotional holding patterns

    Craniosacral Balancing is offered fully clothed on a treatment table and may be chosen as a complementary approach alongside Ayurvedic therapies or on its own.
